Different Types Of Universal Printer UV Inks
The UV PRINTER INK can be classified into water-based ink, solvent-based ink, strong solvent-based ink, and UV ink according to its properties. Different types of inks are printed in different types of materials. In printing overprints, it is necessary to select a suitable ink according to the specific material, which is beneficial to the long-term preservation of the pattern.
Water-based ink:
Water-based ink, its own fluency is good, rarely plugging, the scope of application is small, mainly on the cross-stitch or some textile fabrics, the drying and curing requirements are not high.
Solvent-based ink:
Weak solvent ink, highly corrosive ink, slightly lower viscosity and good fluency. Before printing the material, it is necessary to wipe the coating on the surface of the material and dry the pattern with the heat from the mercury lamp.
Strong solvent ink:
Strong solvent ink, corrosive is much better than solvent-based ink, mainly used in some leather, the process is the same as solvent-based ink, it needs to wipe the coating, baking and drying.
UV ink:
UV ink, less corrosive ink, contains a small amount of voc, mainly used in acrylic, plastic shell, ceramic tile, glass material. The stacking effect of white ink can make the surface of the printed pattern rugged, and there is a drop of about 5 mm to form a relief.
